Happy Autumn, Yogis! And non-yogis! Here's a handy sheet for our October Events!

Sat nam everyone, and welcome in! I am doing all of my own marketing, computering, website design, graphics, emailing and posting, which is why everything might look so rinky-dink, but this endeavor to keep Kundalini Yoga happening in SE Michigan is a labor of love, not of money. Our suggested donation of $20 for the 90 minute to 2-hour class has increased, but if you want to take a class please don't let the cost deter you. I am willing to teach this yoga at the monetary level that you are able to rise to. So don't be shy, just ask.

I'm trying two new ideas this season, from October through December. First, I am going to pick a kriya, pranayama, and meditation, and announce it to all. I will teach that flow for the week. Privates will still be tailored to your needs, and I hold privates on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Text to inquire.

Second, I have scheduled gong immersions 1/2 hour after yoga practice two days a week, Monday and Wednesday.

It's time to get your mental health back on your To-Do list. This practice is easy, cheap, fun, and most importantly, IT WORKS. Book a class today.
